Pick-up service
Are you travelling by public transport? We’re happy to pick you up from the station. Please let us know your arrival time in advance (at least two days before arrival).
Check-in and check-out
Your room, suite, or garden suite is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, earlier if possible. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. An extension of your stay in the spa on the day of departure is possible for a fee of EUR 35 per person until 3 p.m. It is also possible to arrive earlier in order to get to know the wonderful retreat options at BERGEBLICK, or to start your time out with a BEAUTY treatment, and much more. Depending on the number of guests, you can also visit the spa early for an additional charge of EUR 35 per person.
Dogs in the hotel - registration mandatory
Your well-behaved four-legged friend is welcome in every area of our Hotel BERGEBLICK, except for the SENSES spa and the Nature gym. For each pet, we charge 30 euros per night (without food). Various walks and dog paths start directly from our hotel and lead you to the most beautiful places in the Tölzer Land and the Bavarian Prealps.
Children aged 14 and over
We welcome all guests aged 14 and over and only charge 50% of the price for the third person in the room (only aged 14 to 17, no adults). This is only possible in our JUNIOR SUITES and the ROOF TOP SUITES.
Cancellation policy
- Rebook instead of canceling: If you are unable to attend, you can rebook your stay with us free of charge.
- Up to 7 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge
- Afterwards: 90% of the total amount booked
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 90% of the total amount apply to the booked, unused days.
Payment methods
We accept all common Maestro, credit, and debit cards and American Express. Of course, you can also pay for your holiday via bank transfer.
Culinary - flexible pleasures
We offer delicious, freshly prepared treats for our guests all day long.
In the morning from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. we serve our delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes.
In the afternoon from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. we offer various snacks, cakes and sweet delicacies from our showcase.
Dinner takes place at 6 p.m., closed on Sundays. Regional delicacies can be supplemented with delicious starters and desserts. Everything freshly prepared.
From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. there are small snacks and cool drinks in our sundowner lounge with the rooftop bar. A wonderful experience.
Rental E-Bikes
You can rent e-bikes directly from us for your beautiful cycling tours from our hotel and use them to explore the surrounding nature. This is possible at any time during the cycling season. The following Hercules e-bikes are available to you: 4x Hercules e-mountain bike and 2 x Hercules e-SUV. Rental fee: €30 per bike all day. It's best to reserve before you arrive.
